I was born in Chico, California, and my journey has taken me from the West Coast to the Midwest, eventually landing in DeKalb, Illinois. That’s where I finished high school and went on to Northern Illinois University to earn a degree in Business Administration.

In May 2021, I married Sarah, the love of my life. We now live in Madison, Wisconsin, with our two amazing kids, and we’re excited to welcome our third child this May. Life feels full and busy, but it’s the good kind of busy.

Family has always been my foundation, shaping how I approach everything—personally and professionally. Being a husband and father gives me perspective and purpose, teaching me things like patience and flexibility that naturally spill over into my work. It’s definitely a balancing act, but I’ve found that the lessons I learn at home make me better at what I do.

For me, it’s all about connection—whether it’s with my kids, my wife, or the people I work with. I’ve realized that finding balance in life doesn’t just make things smoother; it makes everything more meaningful. That balance fuels me, keeps me grounded, and motivates me to keep growing.
